What You'll Do:- Lead Program Delivery: Take full ownership of large-scale PaaS implementation programs for BFSI clients, from initial planning to successful launch and operational handover.- Be the Client's Champion: Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, ensuring transparent, proactive communication and building strong, lasting relationships.- Ensure Compliance & Quality: Guarantee all aspects of the program adhere to strict BFSI regulatory, security, and data protection standards.- Coordinate Cross-Functional Excellence: Guide and align our internal teams-including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations-to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience.- Manage Performance & Risk: Proactively monitor program health, track key metrics, manage budgets, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.- Drive Change: Effectively manage and communicate scope changes, assessing impact and securing approvals to maintain program integrity.- Innovate & Improve: Continuously refine our delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
