Job Title: Program Manager Location: Mangalore, India (Hybrid) Experience: 10+ years Department: Product Reports To: CEO About the Client Our client is a fast-growing organisation focused on transforming the coastal Karnataka region into a thriving innovation, technology, and business hub. The company works with industry leaders, academia, and various ecosystem partners to drive sustainable growth and meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Design and execute the HomeComing program roadmap, including events, outreach campaigns, and engagement plans. Build relationships with NRI groups, alumni networks, industry bodies, government partners, and regional companies. Develop storytelling and communication campaigns to position the region as an emerging innovation hub. Drive community engagement through reunions, virtual showcases, and networking forums. Define KPIs, track progress, and submit periodic reports to leadership. Conduct market and talent research to strengthen program strategy. What You Bring 10+ years of program/project management experience (startup, consulting, development sector, or government experience preferred). Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for regional development, innovation ecosystems, and community building. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/postgraduate preferred. Experience with diaspora engagement, economic development, or talent mobility programs is an added advantage.
