Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru South for an Assistant/Associate Program Manager for Group Mediclaim. The role involves overseeing and managing group mediclaim insurance programs, coordinating with internal teams, liaising with insurance providers, handling client queries and claims, and ensuring seamless operations and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Assistant/Associate Program Manager will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of the group mediclaim programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of group mediclaim insurance processes and compliance requirements
  • Experience in managing and coordinating insurance programs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
