  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in bulk hiring, headhunting, interview coordination, interview scheduling, lateral hiring, mass mailing, non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing profiles and ability to source candidates through various channels.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including hiring managers and candidates.
