We are seeking a strategic-minded Lead Human Resource Manager to shape, drive and execute the HR agenda for the company.

Responsibilities:

Culture and Employee Engagement:

  • Lead initiatives to build and maintain a strong company culture.
  • Build the employee value proposition in alignment with the company DNA.

Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talent across board and through various channels.

Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.

Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems that align with company goals.

HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.

HR Analytics and Reporting: Use HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.

Candidate Details:

  • MBA in HR from a renowned Institute.
  • 6-10 years experience in handling high energy, high hustle, growth mindset companies preferably in the fintech/NBFC setup.
  • Core skills in managing stakeholders and having a builder's mindset.
