Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to drive revenue growth and demand generation for our SaaS business. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in scaling marketing operations, building high-impact campaigns, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Scale marketing efforts from ~$1M ARR towards $4050M+ ARR.
  • Drive measurable revenue outcomes through digital campaigns, inbound marketing, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and partnerships.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Build and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, product marketing, paid ads, social, events).
  • Create positioning and messaging aligned with SaaS buyer journeys (SMB, mid-market, or enterprise).
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features, markets, and geographies.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Manage and mentor a marketing team across demand generation, content, digital, and product marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership to align marketing objectives with business goals.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Define and track key marketing KPIs (pipeline growth, MQLs, SQLs, ARR contribution, ROI).
  • Present performance insights and revenue impact to leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 8–12 years of marketing experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing for high-growth companies.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM, demand generation, GTM strategy, and multi-channel campaigns.
