About the Job
You'll be the go-to person for managing short video production and partnerships across multiple brands. This is a hands-on role where you'll coordinate everything end-to-end — from scripting and shoot planning to delivering final videos to brands.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Talking to brands, understanding their needs, and translating them into clear briefs
- Writing or refining scripts and identifying the right set-up for shoots
- Planning and occasionally being on-ground for shoots
- Coordinating with video editors to get final cuts ready on time
- Delivering high-quality videos for brands/ social media
- Keeping an eye on trends and influencer trends to bring fresh ideas to the table
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (you'll work with stakeholders daily)
- Comfortable with scripting & shoot planning
- Organised, deadline-driven, and proactive — you'll be managing multiple moving parts at once
- Good eye for content quality (you should know what works on Reels, short-form content, and Instagram stories)
- Familiarity with Google Sheets + Notion for coordination/documentation
- Understanding of food, skincare, beauty, and wellness trends is a huge plus since many of our brands are in this space
- Hands-on experience with shooting or editing short-form content
Bonus (but not mandatory)
- Prior experience managing content or influencer campaigns
- Any background in client servicing or project management
