Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic
Influencer Marketing Intern
to join our growing team. The intern will play a key role in supporting influencer discovery, outreach, campaign execution, and reporting. This role offers the opportunity to gain
hands-on experience in influencer marketing campaigns across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and hospitality sectors
, while working closely with brand strategists, content producers, and amplification experts at HFM Production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Research & Discovery
    : Identify, shortlist, and categorize influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms relevant to client campaigns.
  • Outreach & Coordination
    : Support outreach to influencers, manage communication, and coordinate collaborations.
  • Campaign Execution
    : Assist in managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, from negotiation support to deliverables tracking.
  • Content & Trends Monitoring
    : Track ongoing industry trends, viral formats, and competitor influencer activities.
  • Database Management
    : Maintain and update influencer databases, performance sheets, and campaign trackers.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    : Assist in compiling campaign reports, measuring influencer ROI, reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Cross-Functional Support
    : Work with content production and strategy teams to align influencer deliverables with brand storytelling and HFM's production style.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for
    influencer marketing, digital media, and brand storytelling
    .
  • Strong research skills with an eye for identifying authentic influencers.
  • Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media campaign metrics.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and hospitality industries is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (for campaign tracking and reporting).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools/platforms is an added advantage.
  • Based in
    Delhi NCR
    (preferred, as the role may involve on-ground support for shoots and activations).
