Both roles are in-office positions designed to offer real-world experience in the influencer ecosystem, with strong potential for Pre-Placement Offers based on performance.

Role Descriptions

  • Influencer Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ideating and executing influencer-led campaigns.
  • Identify and evaluate influencers across multiple platforms and niches.
  • Assist in managing a roster of digital creators/influencers.
  • Act as a liaison between creators and brands to ensure smooth communication and timely deliveries.
  • Explore and pitch brand collaboration opportunities for creators across verticals.
  • Help negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials under supervision.
  • Build and maintain up-to-date databases for creators and brands.
  • Monitor and report creator performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, etc.).
  • Contribute to strategic planning for creator growth and brand positioning.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 0–1 year of relevant experience or academic exposure (mass communication, marketing, or PR preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer dynamics.
  • Organized, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen interest in digital culture, creators, and influencer marketing trends.
