Primary Purpose
To lead and grow the domestic market for Enzyme and Probiotic solutions by building a high-performance sales team, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market share in alignment with the company's vision, while staying ahead of industry trends and competitors.

1. Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual domestic sales targets across all product categories (Pharma, Food, Feed, Bakery, Detergent, Textile, Leather).
  • Deliver 20–30% YOY growth.

2. Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new states and regions in India.
  • Acquire X new B2B accounts per quarter.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with distributors, OEMs, and key B2B clients.
  • Maintain 95% client retention rate through proactive service and solution selling.

4. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing domestic sales team.
  • Ensure team achieves 100% target compliance with accountability mechanisms.

5. Profitability

  • Optimize pricing strategy to maintain healthy gross margins.
  • Reduce sales-related expenses by 10% annually.

6. Market Trend Analysis

  • Continuously monitor industry trends, new enzyme technologies, and customer behavior in domestic markets.
  • Submit quarterly market trend reports with actionable insights to leadership.

7. Competitor Analysis

  • Track competitor strategies, pricing, and new product launches
  • Develop counter-strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

8. Market Reality Communication

  • Provide real-time feedback to management on customer expectations, market demands, and potential risks.
  • Suggest product modifications or new product development based on customer needs.

9. Forecasting & Reporting

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business plans for domestic markets.
  • Present monthly performance reviews with actionable insights.
