The Branch Head is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the branch. This role involves driving sales and business growth, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining profitability and compliance with company standards.

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
  • Achieve business targets related to sales, revenue, and profitability.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve performance goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor branch budgets, financial reports, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the branch in local business development and promotional activities.
  • Report branch performance and progress to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
