Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for a Territory Sales Manager (Salary up to 18 Lakhs Per Annum). The role involves developing and managing sales strategies within the assigned territory, meeting sales targets, and identifying potential business opportunities. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, implementing effective customer service practices, providing training to the sales team, and ensuring smooth sales operations to align with the company's objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to foster relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to provide Training and mentorship to develop and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in real estate sales and market knowledge is advantageous.
