Job Details

1. Execution of New Product Development from Input receipt to deposition within the given timelines

2. Preparation of NP Calendar based on inputs from Brand Team, Innovation & strategic priorities.

3. SKU level product-mix workout for NP budgeting.
4. Understanding the complexity of the NP development and working out the appropriate timeline for the project.
5. Tracking and monitoring of NP development status at Design/Development/Delivery stages.
6. Understanding the manufacturing process and precise cost workout
7. Sample development with both INH and Bought out Sources. Creation of Variant wise proto.
8. Watch level cost sheet preparation.
9. Preparation of Sample feedback reports and sharing to Supply Agencies and Vendors.
10. Creation of Error free material master and watch bill of material on SAP.
11. Ensuring On-time Planned Order Loading of NPs to meet the schedule as per NP calendar
12. Organizing for Sample Submission, Approval & Watch level Pilot Assembly
13. Follow up with Supply agencies (Case Plant, SS-Case Plant, Sourcing, Vendors & QC) and Watch Assembly to ensure on-time delivery of NPs
14. Preparation of Product certification and handing over note.

15. Adherence to all the digital initiatives of the function.

16. Collaborating with various development partners across the NP value chain including internal Stakeholders, Vendor partners within India and overseas.

17. Escalation and resolving of technical issues pertaining to the product in cop-ordination with Supply agencies, Designs & QC Team.
