Job Title Sr Engineer - NPD Reports to NPD Reporting Manager Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Tool Die Making or equivalent Experience 6-8 years in product development Plastic Injection Molding Die Casting Automotive Job Purpose Lead and manage the development of new products as per customer requirements ensuring timely project execution and adherence to quality standards Handle a dedicated product line for focused and effective development Key Responsibilities Manage multiple NPD projects and ensure milestone achievements Design and develop plastic products end-to-end with expertise in injection molding and DFM Handle tool design cost estimation mold manufacturing and tool commissioning Conduct trials debug molding issues shrinkage deformation cycle time and establish molding parameters Collaborate with tooling vendors and select appropriate machines and equipment for pilots Review pilot samples engineering documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and standards Implement process improvements and innovative solutions for product development Skills Knowledge Product development and process engineering Tool building Insert Co-Molding and molding cycle optimization Stage-gate processes QA compliance and production planning Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 500 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Work Location In person
