Job Title: Engineer New Product Development (NPD) TOYS
Department: NPD (Toys)
Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, designing, and developing new plastic products as per customer requirements. This includes end-to-end product development, managing multiple projects, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and manufacturing feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plastic products (injection molding) from concept to production.
- Create and manage BOMs and design documentation.
- Review product engravings, labeling, and markings.
- Conduct trials, test prototypes, and troubleshoot issues during development and mass production.
- Coordinate with tooling vendors and calibrate molding parameters.
- Ensure product quality and compliance through the stage-gate process and DFM principles.
Qualifications:
- B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die making.
- 3+ years of experience in plastic injection molding, die casting, or automotive components.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
