Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Recruiter position located in Noida. The Junior Recruiter will assist in sourcing and screening non-tech candidates for a variety of design-related roles, coordinating recruitment processes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Key tasks include managing job postings, conducting initial interviews, organizing recruitment events, and collaborating with the recruitment team to deliver successful placements.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills
  • Ability to effectively source and screen candidates through multiple channels
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Passion for creative industries and an understanding of design roles is a plus
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR-related work is beneficial
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
