Role Summary

We are looking for a
Lead Recruiter
with experience in
Sales hiring
, particularly
sales and volume hiring
, who can manage client requirements while leading a small recruitment team.

This role involves both
hands-on recruitment
and
team leadership
, with responsibility for delivery, coordination, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles, primarily sales positions
  • Handle volume hiring requirements across junior to mid-level sales roles
  • Lead, guide, and monitor a team of 3–5 recruiters
  • Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Track recruitment progress and ensure timely closures
  • Review candidate quality and maintain hiring standards
  • Support process improvements and reporting as required

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in Sales recruitment
  • Strong exposure to
    sales hiring and volume hiring
  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring recruiters is preferred
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work from office and collaborate with internal teams

Work Location & Schedule

  • Work from Office
    – Noida (Sector 96)
  • 5 working days per week
