We're looking for an Assistant IT Manager to oversee our hotel's IT operations, infrastructure, and security — ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient technology performance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain IT systems including servers, networks, POS, PMS (IDS Next), and security systems. Ensure IT security, data backup, and system uptime. Handle integrations with Staah, ResAvenue, EPABX, Wi-Fi, and Door Lock systems. Coordinate with vendors, maintain IT inventory, and support hotel teams.

Requirements: Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science (or related). 3+ years' IT experience in hospitality (Hotel/Resort). Strong knowledge of IDS Next PMS, POS systems, networking, and Windows Server. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
