About the Role – Executive Assistant to the Founder

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant — not a note-taker, but a thinker, doer, and communicator.

This is a high-visibility role working directly with the Founder of EXPAZIA, managing a blend of strategic, creative, and operational responsibilities.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the Founder's operational and strategic right hand.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and high-impact communication materials.
  • Coordinate between internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage schedules, priorities, and action items with precision.
  • Support research, project execution, and follow-ups.
  • Represent the Founder professionally in meetings and correspondence.
  • Bring ideas, initiative, and humour to the table — every single day.

Who You Are

  • Proactive, articulate, and PR-minded — with a conversational and confident presence.
  • Possesses a great sense of humour and emotional intelligence.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi — strong in both written and spoken form.
  • Excellent with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital coordination tools.
  • Persuasive and polished, able to stand up and deliver when it matters.
  • Open to travel and flexible to adapt.
  • No age or educational barriers — capability, curiosity, and composure are what matter here.
