Job Description

A dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Young Professional Talent Acquisition to join our Corporate HR team. This role is critical in shaping L&T's early talent strategy by driving campus recruitment, employer branding, global internship programs, analytics, and engagement initiatives to build a robust and sustainable talent pipeline.
