Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced 
Project Manager
 to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered 
on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
, while coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage 
end-to-end project execution
 for commercial fit-out works.


• Develop 
project plans, timelines, and budgets
, ensuring cost-effective solutions.


• Coordinate with 
architects, designers, contractors, and vendors
 to align project requirements.


• Monitor and ensure 
compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements
.


• Supervise site activities, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project progress.


• Track project milestones and provide 
regular progress reports
 to stakeholders.


• Handle procurement coordination to ensure 
timely availability of materials
.


• Manage and lead 
on-site teams
, ensuring productivity and adherence to timelines.


• Identify project risks and implement 
mitigation strategies
.


• Ensure a high level of 
client satisfaction
 through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:


• 
Bachelor's degree
 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.


• 4
+ years of experience
 in project management within the 
commercial fit-out
 industry.


• Strong knowledge of 
interior fit-outs, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and construction processes
.


• Proficiency in 
project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.)
.


• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Ability to handle 
multiple projects
 and work under tight deadlines.


• Strong understanding of 
cost control, contract management, and vendor negotiation
.
