Job Requirements

As a Project manager, you will be responsible for managing one or multiple smaller Engagements which includes Driving & Sustaining each engagement from the point of Delivery excellence, Project Management, Customer Management, people management (Hiring, career development and engagement), Fulfil incremental growth, Develop proactive proposals, Support any new customer RFQ's and Drive Operational excellence (AR, Yield, Invoicing, RAR, UBR ETC) to ensure business profitability.

  • 12+ Years of experience in Industrial engineering and Aero engine will be advantage.
  • Must have experience of managing multiple customer engagements independently.
  • Perform the role of project manager & be the main point of contact for both Customer & internal Stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead team of 6-8 Engineers, Designers.
  • Knowledge of working on Design changes on manufacturing/Site issues in consultation with Customer SPCs.
  • Working with MRB designers.
  • Support of manufacturing, design reviews, tollgate processes, requisition and field engineering.
  • Appraise Customer of the project progress with weekly progress reports, metrics etc.
  • Coordinate with Customer SPCs on workflows, conduct progress review meetings.
  • Manage project as per QuEST QMS practices and PMP guidelines.
