The impact that you will be making:

  • The Project Lead (AI) has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. The project leader also provides leadership on problem solving and decisions on analytics techniques for the team
  • Solve complex business problems of the global supply chain & retail industry through Artificial Intelligence, especially through Deep Learning & Reinforcement Learning.
  • Build cutting-edge Generative AI solutions (including leveraging external assets like Chat GPT) to efficiently address real-world problems.
  • Lead R&D projects for solving critical Operations Research problems through Artificial Intelligence (e.g., Deep Q-Learning).
  • Build product-specific AI road maps, design and develop new algorithms, and integrate these algorithms into the relevant product offerings.
  • Lead the Machine Learning life-cycle for multiple products - experimentation, proof-of- concept, model development, testing, deployment and monitoring.
  • Solve non-routine, challenging problems, often on sparse or incomplete data sets. Define evaluation strategies to measure the performance of complex AI systems.
  • Systematic study of the latest research and industry developments in AI. Envisage next- generation challenges, and proactively recommend solutions to solve them.
  • Facilitate the IP generation process in the company, and works towards patenting key inventions.

What lands you in this role

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years as project leader who can be overall responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design,execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
  • As Software Engineering/ AI Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer with at least 4 to 6 years in one or more of the following AI areas:
  • Generative AI
  • Deep Learning,
  • Natural Language Processing
  • Computer Vision
  • Reinforcement Learning
  • AI Planning& Scheduling
  • Develop and implement a project management methodology tailored specifically to AI projects, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project life cycle.
  • Create and manage project scheduling, incorporating key milestones and ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain advanced technical concepts, ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical collaborators.
  • (Preferred) Working knowledge of Dynamic Programming.
