Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales purposes.
  • Engage with international clients and provide them with product/services information.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to drive sales.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure continuous business opportunities.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while meeting the performance and sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve any queries or issues professionally.
  • Update customer information and sales activities in the system accurately.
  • Stay updated on the latest product/service information to effectively pitch to clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process (sales preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
  • Sales Orientation: Proven track record in sales, customer handling, or related experience.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in night shifts and handle international clients across different time zones.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems and the use of technology to track and improve sales performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections effectively.
