Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager – Head for our on-site operations at Gurgaon. In this role, the individual will oversee the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of quality assurance and quality control activities. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing QA/QC policies, conducting inspections, preparing quality reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and training team members on quality protocols. The role also involves collaborating with project teams for adherence to requirements and resolving quality-related issues proactively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, including quality planning, inspection, and auditing practices.
  • Knowledge of construction standards, methodologies, and best practices related to industrial and large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee QA/QC teams and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Technical proficiency in analyzing project specifications, blueprints, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving quality issues collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and certifications, with added value for experience in ASMEPF systems.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; additional certifications in QA/QC are a plus.

Team Management

  • Head and guide
    QA/QC teams stationed at multiple project sites
    .
  • Allocate resources and monitor performance of site QA/QC personnel.
  • Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance feedback sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • 12–15 years of relevant experience in
    QA/QC for construction projects
    .
  • Prior experience in
    handling multiple projects simultaneously
    .
  • Strong exposure to
    head office–based QA/QC operations
    is preferred.
  • Proven experience in
    leading and managing site-based teams
    .
  • Excellent knowledge of
    construction quality standards, codes, and best practices
    .
  • Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and quality documentation systems.
