We are hiring an
AGM / DGM – Quality Assurance
for a leading multi-technology manufacturer specializing in Ferrous and Aluminium-based casting, forging, and machining processes.

The organization delivers advanced mobility solutions across passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, construction equipment, and farm machinery. With multiple state-of-the-art facilities, it combines engineering excellence with innovation to serve top-tier clients in the automotive and industrial sectors.

This position is based at the Gurgaon office, overseeing and managing the overall Quality Assurance function, including process quality, final quality, and Pre-Despatch Inspection (PDI).

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Leadership


• Lead and manage the QA team to implement QMS and procedures effectively.


• Develop, monitor, and enforce quality control processes aligned with product specifications and customer expectations.

Process Improvement


• Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and SPC.

Compliance & Standards


• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific standards.


• Manage internal/external audits and certifications, ensuring timely closure of findings.

Team Development


• Mentor and train QA team members to build a high-performing organization.


• Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.

Customer & Supplier Relations


• Act as the primary contact for customers on quality matters.


• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet required standards.

Reporting & Documentation


• Oversee documentation of quality metrics, NCRs, and KPIs.


• Present regular quality performance reports to senior management.

Technical Expertise


• Provide guidance on forging processes, metallurgy, and testing methodologies.


• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in forging and QA.

Candidate Profile


• Experience: 15–18 years in Quality Assurance (Automotive Forging Industry preferred).


• Education: B.E. (Mech.) / B.Tech (Mech.) / Diploma (Mech.).


• Skills & Competencies:


• Strong knowledge of forging processes, metallurgy, and heat treatment.


• Proficiency in QMS tools & techniques (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP).


• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.


• Proven leadership and team development abilities.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Standards Knowledge: All QMS standards, customer audit standards (especially MSIL).
