JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: *Product Manager /Product Executive / PMT Manager*
Department: *Marketing (Product Management Team)*
Location: *Mumbai*
*Job Purpose*:
To lead brand strategy and promotional planning for assigned Brands also ensuring strong brand presence and market share growth.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Brand Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute annual marketing plans and brand strategies.
Define brand positioning, USPs, and therapy differentiation.
Launch new products and line extensions with cross-functional coordination.
- Marketing Collateral & Campaigns:
Conceptualize and develop promotional inputs (visual aids, LBLs, brochures, digital assets).
- Sales Support & Field Communication:
Conduct cycle meetings, product training, and strategy rollouts to field force.
Address queries and feedback from BEs, ABMs, RBMs & BMs.
- Market Research & Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and prescription trends.
- Regular fieldwork
*Qualifications & Skills:*
Education: B.Pharm / B.Sc. (Science background); MBA in Marketing preferred
Experience: 1-3 years in product/brand management in the pharmaceutical industry
*Key Skills:*
Strong communication and creative thinking
Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
Field exposure preferred
