Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating strategic plans to achieve business goals. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development experience and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Market research and strategic planning capabilities
  • Ability to prepare proposals and negotiate contracts effectively
  • Experience in the education industry, particularly in science and engineering teaching and training systems, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
