Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the sales team and with daily operations and administrative tasks.

2. Strong follow ups and coordination with the clients.

3. Coordinate with internal departments - operations, pricing, accounts to ensure timely service delivery.

4. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

5. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

6. Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.

7. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

8. Schedule meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in a sales support or customer service.
  3. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication ablities.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
