**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator
**Location**: B-48, B Block, Sector 64, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201309
**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 (In Hand)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate **Proforma Invoices (PI)** as per sales team input and client requirements
- Create and manage **E-Way Bills**:

- Handle sales-related documentation and reporting using **Tally Prime**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for coordination between the **sales team**, dispatch, and accounts
- Maintain and update sales records and client databases
- Follow up with the sales team and clients for order status, payment, and dispatch updates
- Assist in preparing quotes and ensuring timely communication with customers
- Support after-sales service and issue resolution if required

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally Prime**:

- Knowledge of **E-Way Bill generation**:

- Experience in **Proforma Invoice generation**:

- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to follow up with multiple teams and ensure timely execution
- Prior experience in **manufacturing/electronics industry is a must**

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a similar sales coordination role
- Must have worked in the **manufacturing and electronics** industry
- Immediate joiners preferred or short notice period

**Working Days & Hours**:

- **Monday to Saturday**:

- Timings will be shared during the interview

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
