**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Location: Sector-64 Noida**

**Experience: 2-5 Years**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the sales team and clients for order processing and follow-ups.
- Generate **Proforma Invoices (PI)**, **Sales Orders**, and **Tax Invoices** in Tally ERP.
- Handle **billing, payment follow-ups, and dispatch coordination**.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Coordinate with accounts and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Support sales executives in preparing quotations and price lists.
- Track inventory and ensure product availability for orders.
- Assist management with MIS reports, sales analysis, and documentation.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **2-5 years of experience** in sales coordination or billing.
- **Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (mandatory).**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
