Role: Sales and Operations Specialist (Entry Level – IoT & Embedded Systems)

Location: Pune (On-site)

Compensation: Competitive entry-level package with ESOP eligibility after one year of service

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Specialist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will combine strong communication and organizational skills with a deep interest in technology and electronics.

This role bridges our sales, e-commerce, and operations functions — ensuring smooth business execution across physical and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • List, update, and manage products on our e-commerce platform.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock availability.
  • Coordinate between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for seamless delivery operations.
  • Engage with customers, vendors, and partners to ensure efficient communication and support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and help build relationships with institutions, resellers, and distributors.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns, product showcases, and training sessions when required.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of IoT, electronics, or embedded systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
