Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Understand hiring requirements of Sales, Marketing, Operations & Support functions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and dashboards for management review.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to forecast manpower needs.
  • Promote employer branding through innovative hiring strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the real estate or sales domain.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
