Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to promote and sell our handcrafted wooden temples, furniture, and décor products. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, product understanding, and a passion for premium handcrafted art.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, interior designers, and direct customers.
  • Understand product features, design options, and customization possibilities.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, walk-in, and online platforms.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the design and production team for order updates.
  • Manage showroom display, stock updates, and visual presentation.
  • Create and maintain customer databases and daily sales reports.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to marketing activities (reels, exhibitions, etc.).
  • Gather customer feedback and market trends for management review.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Product presentation and demonstration ability
  • Basic knowledge of interior design or wooden products preferred
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Tally / CRM software, and email
  • Positive attitude and team spirit

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in furniture, interior, or art product sales preferred
  • Freshers with confidence and learning attitude may also apply

Compensation

  • ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives
  • Weekly Off: Sunday
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
