We’re looking for passionate individuals to join Our Retail Store team in Bengaluru.

**Opportunity: Retail Stores Sales Staff**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing product information and guidance on selections. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by actively engaging with customers and offering additional products or promotions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, trends, promotions, and company policies to better assist customers.
- Inventory Management: Ensure merchandise is restocked, organized, and properly displayed. Assist with stock management and reporting discrepancies.
- Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness, assist in visual merchandising, and ensure the store operates smoothly during your shift.
- Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling various forms of payment.
- Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering personalized service and following up on purchases or inquiries.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in women’s ethnic wear stores.
- Should be able to commute to Jayanagar area in Bengaluru.
- Strong knowledge of Bangalore’s retail market and local women's ethnic wear trends.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, from operations to inventory management.
- Proficiency in retail software for stock management and POS systems.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with an eye for detail in store layout and merchandising.

Kannada speakers and Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
