**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate leads for E-commerce service sales (B2B).
- Conduct **cold calls** and outreach to prospective clients.
- Present our services, schedule and conduct **demo meetings** to showcase value.
- Take regular **follow-ups** with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and **close deals** effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversion status.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly **sales targets**.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in E-commerce solutions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum **2 years of proven experience** in Sales, preferably in E-commerce, IT, or service-based industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain high conversion rates.
- Comfortable with **cold calling** and field/client meetings.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and online business platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
