- Asha Education Centres: Foundation established Asha centres across villages in the country. These centres cater to the remedial education needs of the underprivileged children going to the government schools in the villages.

**About the Role and Responsibilities**:
The Trainer - Retail will be responsible for planning and conducting regular classes for the Retail Sales Associate course under the Hunar Project, supported by HeroFin Corp. S/he will play a key role in designing and delivering effective training sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans based on the curriculum prescribed by the Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India and conduct regular classes.
- Plan and execute sessions on soft skills.
- Liaise with industry experts and plan guest sessions.
- Organize role-playing activities to simulate real life scenarios.
- Assist in the timely creation of batches and ensure proper documentation.
- Track course progress against milestones and objectives, ensuring the timely completion of classes.

**Eligibility**:

- Retail Diploma/Graduate with 2 years of experience in Retail Store Operations or Sales **OR**:

- 12th Pass with 4 years of experience in retail store operations or sales

**Salary**: 18-25k based on the experience and skill set.

**Skill Set**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
