About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products meet the required quality standards and specifications. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about maintaining quality excellence in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection reports, calibration records, and quality documentation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with ISO and internal quality standards.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for product non-conformities.
  • Work closely with the Production and Design teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Participate in internal audits, process validation, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support data analysis and generate quality performance reports (Rejection, Rework, and Yield).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with relevant internship or academic project experience may apply).
  • Knowledge of measurement instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Profile Projector, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 / QMS standards and documentation.
  • Basic understanding of SPC, 7 QC tools, FMEA, CAPA, and PPAP processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic report preparation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
