Role Overview

The Digital Aggregator Executive will manage and optimize our presence on food delivery platforms, primarily Zomato and Swiggy. This role ensures our brand, products, pricing, and promotions are consistently updated and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate understands digital menus, platform algorithms, and how to drive visibility and order volume.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management

  • Create, update, and maintain company profiles on Zomato & Swiggy.
  • Upload and manage menu items, descriptions, categories, pricing, and photos.
  • Coordinate timely updates for new launches and seasonal offerings.

Optimization & Growth

  • Optimize menu placement, keywords, and tagging to maximize visibility.
  • Monitor platform performance dashboards and track bestseller trends.
  • Improve conversion rates by refining listing design, product presentation, and offers.

Operations & Coordination

  • Work closely with store teams for inventory accuracy and out-of-stock updates.
  • Ensure correct mapping of delivery radius, timings, store availability, and serviceability.
  • Coordinate with platform account managers for promotions and feature placements.

Promotions & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute Zomato/Swiggy ads, discounts, and campaigns.
  • Analyze ROI and suggest improvements for ongoing promotions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative and textual content.

Customer Experience & Insights

  • Track order issues, ratings, and reviews; respond and improve brand image.
  • Identify customer behaviour patterns and create actionable insights.
  • Work with the team to improve packaging, communication, and experience.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience managing Zomato/Swiggy or similar aggregator platforms.
  • Strong understanding of food delivery algorithms, pricing structures, and promotions.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Passion for coffee is a strong bonus.
