Role Overview
We are looking for a high-potential
Strategy & Growth Manager
to partner with Founders and the Strategy & Growth Leadership on strategic initiatives, special projects, investments, and operational priorities.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering a founder-like experience in scaling a high-growth company—akin to an
Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR)
.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Define and execute strategic priorities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Identify growth opportunities and pilot new programs or products.
Program & Operations Management
- Coordinate cross-functional projects for timely execution.
- Develop SOPs, processes, and systems for scaling.
- Prepare high-quality decks, briefs, and communications for investors, board members, and partners.
- Drive investor MIS, analytics, and business insights.
EIR & New Initiatives
- Own high-impact 0-to-1 business projects across functions.
- Build business cases and roadmaps for growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to test and scale initiatives.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Liaise with investors, strategic partners, and senior leadership.
- Ensure confidentiality and exercise strong judgment.
- Facilitate effective internal communication.
Performance & Metrics
- Track OKRs, KPIs, and project milestones.
- Prepare performance reports for leadership and the board.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
Top-tier MBA or equivalent pedigree. - Experience:
2+ years in management consulting, strategy, program management, startup operations, or similar roles. - Proven ability to manage executive-level projects independently.
- Startup exposure and experience in scaling businesses is highly desirable.
