Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads for eCommerce website and app development projects.
- Develop outreach strategies targeting SMEs, D2C brands, and digital-first companies in India and international markets.
- Identify client pain points and position Rejoluts development expertise as a solution.
- Prepare sales decks, proposals, and quotations for eCommerce projects.
- Manage RFPs, negotiate terms, and close project-based contracts.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to scope projects and define deliverables.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and revenue forecasts.
- Stay updated with market trends in eCommerce, digital marketing, and web technologies.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience selling eCommerce website or mobile app development projects.
- Understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, and Headless eCommerce architectures.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization concepts.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot or Pipedrive for managing pipelines.
- Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and client negotiation skills.
- Exposure to international markets (U.S./Europe/Middle East) preferred.
