Creative Director

Miror is building a category-defining women's health brand—rooted in science, empathy, and cultural relevance. We're looking for a Creative Director who can own our visual language end-to-end and elevate how Miror shows up across physical and digital worlds.
This role blends brand craft, leadership, and execution excellence. You'll shape how millions of women experience Miror—visually, emotionally, and culturally.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Design Leadership
- Own the visual direction and design strategy for Miror across brand, marketing, print, outdoor, and digital touchpoints.
- Translate creative briefs into strong, brand-consistent visual systems—from concept to final production.
- Build, refine, and maintain Miror's visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and partners.
Creative Execution & Craft Excellence
- Lead end-to-end execution of print, outdoor, packaging, social, website, email, and campaign assets.
- Drive excellence in typography, layout, color, imagery, and visual hierarchy across all outputs.
- Oversee photo shoots, mock-ups, and production workflows with meticulous quality control.
- Ensure all designs are production-ready, pixel-perfect, and aligned with brand intent.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative Lead, Copywriters, Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to deliver cohesive campaign systems that scale.
- Partner with print, fabrication, and production vendors to ensure on-ground execution matches design vision.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure seamless implementation across platforms.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing clear feedback and direction.
- Foster a culture of high standards, thoughtful creativity, and ownership within the design team.
- Review and approve all design outputs before final delivery.
Strategic & Operational Ownership
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with timelines and resources.
- Troubleshoot design challenges with solutions that balance aesthetics, usability, performance, and speed.
- Stay ahead of design trends, material innovations, printing techniques, and emerging tools to push Miror's creative boundaries.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in brand design or art direction, preferably in an agency or consumer brand environment.
- Proven portfolio with strong work across branding, print, outdoor, and digital campaigns.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring designers.
Skills & Expertise
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of brand systems and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with design systems and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
- Solid grasp of UI/UX fundamentals and responsive design principles.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or equivalent practical experience.
