Role Overview

Good-Bee IMS is looking for a highly creative and strategic
Art Director
with
12-14 years of experience in Creative Design / Art Direction (Agency preferred)
to lead visual storytelling across digital campaigns, brand communication, video marketing, events, and integrated enterprise marketing programs.

This role requires someone who can think conceptually, execute with excellence, and guide teams to deliver impactful, consistent, and business-aligned creative solutions for enterprise and growth brands reporting to the Marcom Head.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Conceptualization

  • Lead visual concepts across digital campaigns, brand films, social content, webinars, events, and corporate communication
  • Translate marketing strategies and briefs into strong creative ideas and design directions
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints

Team Leadership & Mentoring

  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, video editors, and motion artists
  • Set creative benchmarks, review outputs, and drive continuous quality improvement
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams for integrated ideas

Campaign & Brand Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end creative delivery for B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Guide creative for performance marketing, social media, websites, landing pages, and emailers
  • Support event branding, booth designs, stage visuals, and experiential creatives

Client & Stakeholder Interaction

  • Present concepts and creative strategies to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Manage feedback loops and ensure creative solutions meet business objectives
  • Support new business pitches with strong creative thinking and storytelling

Process & Innovation

  • Improve creative workflows, timelines, and collaboration models
  • Stay updated with design, video, and content trends, tools, and formats
  • Encourage experimentation with formats such as short-form video, reels, AI tools, and interactive content

Desired Profile

  • 12-14 years of experience in creative design and art direction, preferably in an agency environment
  • Strong portfolio across digital, brand, video, and campaign creatives
  • Excellent command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Experience leading and reviewing creative teams
  • Strong presentation and client-facing skills
  • Understanding of marketing objectives and business impact, not just aesthetics
