What You'll Do

As a Junior Art Director, you will:

  • Conceptualize and design
    creative campaigns
    across print, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, visualizers, and client servicing teams to develop
    innovative concepts
    .
  • Translate client briefs into compelling, visually strong ideas that align with brand objectives.
  • Supervise and guide designers/visualizers in executing creative work.
  • Ensure
    design quality, consistency, and attention to detail
    across deliverables.
  • Stay updated on
    design and advertising trends
    to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to internal teams and, when required, to clients.

What We Want

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has
    3–4 years of experience
    in advertising/design (with a strong portfolio).
  • Possesses excellent
    conceptualization and visualization skills
    .
  • Is proficient in
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
    and other design tools.
  • Understands
    branding, typography, layout, and campaign design
    .
  • Is creative, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Enjoys
    team collaboration
    while also being capable of taking ownership of ideas.
