About the Role

We�re looking for a dynamic Senior Art Director with a passion for bold ideas, innovative design thinking, and the ability to blend classic advertising craft with modern AI-driven creativity. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes advertising, thrives under pressure, and consistently pushes the creative envelope across B2C brands.

Requirements
  • 6�10 years of experience in design/advertising, with a strong agency background.
  • Proven experience managing B2C brand clients across diverse categories.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; additional skills in Figma, InDesign, After Effects, or 3D tools are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like Midjourney, DALL�E, Firefly, Runway, and the ability to integrate them into creative workflows.
  • Strong illustration and sketching abilities to quickly bring concepts to life.
  • Ability to transform briefs into bold, visually compelling, pitch-winning ideas.
  • Strategic storyteller who goes beyond design to solve brand & business challenges.
  • Can lead full-spectrum creative execution � from concept sketches and moodboards to final polished presentations.
  • Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Collaborative leader who can mentor designers and manage multiple timelines and deliverables.

  • Motion design or 3D capabilities.
  • Passion for AI-driven creativity and experimentation with emerging tools.
