What You'll Do

As a Junior Art Director, you will:

  • Lead visual execution of assigned campaigns across digital, print, and integrated platforms.
  • Translate creative briefs into strong visual concepts and design directions.
  • Guide and mentor graphic designers on layouts, typography, colour, and visual consistency.
  • Work closely with copywriters to ensure cohesive storytelling and strong idea translation.
  • Create key visuals, campaign look & feel, and presentation-ready creative outputs.
  • Review and refine design work to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with client servicing teams to understand requirements and timelines.
  • Contribute visual references, research, and inspiration during concept development.
  • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high creative standards.
What We Want

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 4–6 years of experience in an advertising agency or creative studio.
  • Has strong visual thinking and concept development skills.
  • Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Has working knowledge of digital formats, print production, and campaign-led creative.
  • Can guide junior designers and take ownership of visual outputs.
  • Is detail-oriented, open to feedback, and able to balance creativity with timelines.
  • Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
