ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an Art Director who will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs that align with our brand and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to bring ideas to

life across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Maintain Brand Consistency:
    You will be responsible for understanding the vision for the brand & product offering to curate sharp visual messaging that aligns with the brand ethos and the creative direction. Work with the internal and external stakeholders to sharpen the vision to be able to execute best-in-class communication.
  • Design Strategy:
    Participate in research efforts with internal teams to be able to convert insights into strategic communications. Experience & understanding of all digital marketing channels (performance, retention, influencers, social media, website, etc).
  • Individual Contribution:
    Efficient in comprehending and executing creative briefs from internal teams to develop assets and deliverables across web, digital, and offline marketing activities. Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with project and/or campaign guidelines and brand aesthetics with eye for detail and quality. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and contributing to innovation. Create best-in-class layouts and visuals that support and reinforce business objectives while partnering with business/marketing teams to ensure that designs meet brand and business needs.
  • Ideation & Experimentation:
    Ability to contribute ideas to campaigns and large-scale projects and participate in scaling and elevating the creative direction across channels. The role is primarily for digital & branding work but may extend to some offline work as well.

MUST HAVES

  • 8 to 10 years of multi-disciplinary experience in design.
  • Must have an up-to-date portfolio consisting of branding, campaigns, websites, performance marketing and print. Showcased projects should be detailed out in terms of process and execution. Portfolios showcasing experiential branding is a plus.
  • Efficient in design softwares - preferably Adobe Suite and Figma. Additional experience in 3D and video editing is a plus.
  • Combined experience in working with advertising/branding agencies and consumer-first companies. Should have worked both as an individual contributor and as a supervisor or a lead.
  • Well organised, disciplined and must have exceptional communication skills — ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently to respective stakeholders
  • Passionate in content ideation, creation and storytelling.
