Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Manager to join our on-site team located in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Your day-to-day tasks will include content creation, managing social media platforms, optimizing posts for performance, analyzing metrics, and coordinating digital campaigns that align with our organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and boost the performance of various platforms.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with audiences and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience in creating and implementing Content Strategies tailored for diverse social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing techniques to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Adaptability to evolving industry trends and ability to innovate within the social media space.
  • Proven expertise in analyzing social media performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in social media or digital marketing are a bonus.
