Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Credit Manager, located in Agra. The Branch Credit Manager will be responsible for managing credit operations, assessing credit risk, and developing credit policies. Daily tasks include evaluating financial information, conducting risk analyses, ensuring compliance with lending standards, and supporting branch staff in credit matters. The role also involves liaising with customers to provide tailored lending solutions and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
  • Knowledge of Credit assessment and policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and support branch staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in retail loan sector or financial services is a plus
