Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a RO/RM at KIFS Housing Finance Limited located in Agra. The RO/RM will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing loan applications, conducting due diligence, guiding clients through the loan products, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role includes coordinating with the credit team, ensuring timely disbursement of loans, and maintaining accurate client records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client relationship management and loan processing
• Knowledge of housing finance products and services
• Ability to conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with regulations
• Proficiency in record-keeping and documentation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage on-site duties
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
